Visceral HiFi Remiges Series speaker cables offer unique features in a market saturated with high-end cable options. The aim during their creation was a significant reduction in the unavoidable parasitic properties inherent in all cables – capacitance, inductance, resistance and dielectric losses.
Unlike many competitors, our cables do not utilise mass-produced multi-strand cables tightly embedded in thick, lossier dielectrics such as PVC. The proprietary conductor arrangement and insulation assembly is hand-crafted in-house from the most basic of building blocks. Its heavy gauge conductors are largely suspended in air, the best and lowest loss dielectric. Where they are not, they are supported by very thin, low-loss materials such as polyurethane and PTFE. While capacitance and inductance are both relatively low overall, the ratio of the two has been carefully tuned through extended listening tests to slightly favour inductance over instability-inducing capacitance.
Remiges series cables contain no lossy, bulky plastic finishings, everything is as thin and lightweight as possible. Terminated with 4mm banana plugs, they offer a simple yet purposeful appearance and provide nothing other than an exceptional, low loss connection from your amplifier to your speakers. They are available in lengths of 1, 2 & 3 metres.
